Patients enrolled in traditional Medicare may be eligible to receive this test at no cost! Choose the green button below and be sure to enter your Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) with your patient information.
All other patients, including those with Medicare Advantage, choose the blue button to pay with a debit or credit card.
One of the team members of Ameli | Dadourian Medicine will collect the sample and then provide it to IC Labs, who will perform the laboratory test.
Book your appointment with confidence knowing that IC Labs is a Nevada state licensed lab that meets the requirements to perform waived complexity tests under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA), 42 U.S.C. §263a.
Test results will be made available via email and the IC Labs Patient Portal. Depending on where you tested and the volume of tests being performed that day, this can take as little as a few hours or until the end of the next business day.
